'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' started from an aspiration to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to London. The Bianchis opened our doors in 1985 as a quaint family business, preserving culinary traditions passed through generations.
Marco Bianchi, our pioneer, acquired the pizza crafting skill during her sojourns across Italy, honing her craft with master pizza artisans in the very cradle of pizza, Naples. Her return to the UK was marked by a dedication to recreate Italian pizza's authentic delight, utilizing age-old techniques and the purest of ingredients.
Our once little 12-seat eatery is now a cherished community gem, yet our pledge to excellence and genuineness endures. The same old-school wood oven methods are applied, with dough that's prepared fresh each day, selecting only top-tier ingredients.
Today, 'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' is still in the hands of its founding family, having entrusted the operations to the second-generation Bianchis, who lead the team with the same fervor. Embracing modernization where needed, our establishment's soul remains unaltered: serving delectable, genuine pizza that unites folks.
